This program provides homes for unwanted dogs that have been abandoned. If anyone is interested in adopting any of these dogs please contact Assumption Parish Detention Center at 985-369-7283 Monday thru Friday between 8:00-4:00. Weekend appointments available if prior arrangements are made.
